Summary: Recent State Legislation has increased the amount of land available for development, as well as the types of development that can take place on that land. The next step is to assess the needs on a city by city basis and set housing development goals, by housing type. This report describes a methodical way to do this, although it does not prescribe how the housing would be delivered. We see the MMHF as part of the solution to that part of the puzzle.
