Join us for an exciting opportunity to explore the future of housing development at the Housing Innovation Village Experience (HIVE) in Newberg, Oregon! This groundbreaking event will feature the latest innovations in homebuilding to create attainable housing solutions for middle-income earners in Newberg, and serve as a replicable model for other communities throughout Oregon.

Cottage Cluster Community – Discover a thoughtfully designed cluster of affordable 2-3 bedroom, 2-2.5 bath homes ranging from 900-1,300 sq. ft. for middle income earners at price points from $379K-$429K
Future Housing Exhibits – Experience interactive exhibits from housing innovators showcasing ways to reduce time and cost
Public Tours – Walk through completed units and explore the innovative designs firsthand
Entertainment & Activities – Enjoy entertainment, exciting presentations, and engaging discussions on housing innovation
Food & Beverages – Sample delicious offerings from local purveyors while exploring the village
Community Building – Connect with industry professionals, innovators, and community members who share a vision for the future of attainable workforce housing

We are now accepting applications for housing innovation solutions to be featured in the HIVE. If you have an innovation in any of the areas of product materials, design, and assembly; financing and funding; workforce and human capital; or policy reform please let us know by completing the application form.
